Refund policy

Due to the personal nature of earrings, all sales are final and I am unable to offer returns, however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way please reach out so we can discuss on a case by case basis.

If upon receipt you see that products have been damaged in transit to you. please take photos of the packaging and damage and send them to me so I can try and replace your product and have the shipping company reimburse for damage.
